General Chemistry

How can Schrodinger's Quantum Mechanical Model and quantum numbers predict and explain electron behavior?

I can apply Schrodinger's model and quantum numbers to predict electron configurations and evaluate chemical properties & trends.

How do energy changes, kinetic energy, intermolecular forces, and heat capacity influence the states of matter, phase changes, and energy transfer in chemical reactions?

Learning Target: 
I will analyze and explain how all forms of energy intermolecular forces, and heat capacity affect the properties of matter, changes, and the transfer of energy in chemical reactions.

THIS WEEK IN HONORS CHEMISTRY!!
1. Mr. Rivera will be coming into class and review the quizzes. 

2. Mr. Rivera will go through on how to properly use you calculators and the correct buttons to use complete complete your calculations.

3. You all will be offered to take a retake of the test. For the students that did well, you will continue with completing the formative assignment from last week.

4. You will be practicing quantum numbers so that you all have an understanding of the Bohr diagram and how to perform calculations.

5. AT THE BEGINNING OF CLASS YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PUT AWAY YOUR CELLPHONES IN MY STORAGE POCKETS.
